Meet Dr. Natalie Marr

Dr. Natalie is a clinical psychologist helping midlife women stop keeping the deep dark secret that they hate their lives. As a twice divorced single-mom in midlife herself, she brings a witty and humorous wisdom by normalizing the midlife experience. And as a therapist of two decades, her vast expertise in a variety of evidence-based approaches is eclipsed only by her intuitive ability to cultivate one’s own curiosity, growth, and wisdom. When Dr. Natalie’s not busy saving the world one midlife crisis at a time she’s hosting her podcast, blogging, and writing a book on how to redefine happiness in midlife.
