Mindfulness gets talked about a lot as a useful tool for clearing the mind and being in the present moment. These are true statements. It also is the gateway to our observer self. The knowing. The soul. The true self and not the ego. People call it by many names.
What this aspect of our being does is allows us space to see our thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and experiences for what they are…separate from us. Dr. Natalie Marr takes us on a winter stroll as she also explains how this vantage point allows us to be the authors in our own stories, so we can Love Our Stories as they are…as our observer selves see them.
